About this house rental
Enjoy this amazing home with beautiful unobstructed Swan and Mission Mountain views just outside your windows on 10+ acres. Whether sitting on the front porch / back deck gazing at the mountains, telling stories around the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, or being playful in the secret rooms for kids, this home has something for everyone to enjoy.
The home sleeps 8 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 10 people with an extra charge of $25 a night per extra person. The kitchen is gourmet & has everything you need! It is fully equipped with two separate sinks, oversized island, walk in pantry, and several gadgets sure to keep any chef happy. The master bedroom, master bath and a half bath are on the first floor. The other two bedrooms and full connected baths are upstairs.
An outdoor paradise awaits once you are ready to venture outside. From llama trekking to bagging peaks to throwing a fly line at a Cutthroat, Montana has something for everyone. If you prefer something a bit less challenging such as a horse ride, chartering a boat, or antiquing, we can also point you in the right direction. Glacier and the Flathead Valley are stunning at any time of year. We also can provide guidance on numerous winter activities... dogsledding, skating, sledding, skiing, snowmobiling, and so on.
If you require more space, a large & comfortable Bungalow space above the detached garage that sleeps 6 is available. This unit includes a luxurious Finlandia Sauna custom made with tongue and groove cedar walls, 2 additional full bathrooms, and an efficiency kitchen. If you would like both spaces, send us an inquiry or book the house and then send us a separate inquiry or booking for The Bungalow. Each space would be booked separately.
The VRBO listing number for the Bungalow suite is 2060470.
These are listed as two separate properties and may be occupied by different parties at the same time. Both spaces are separate structures and nothing is shared use except for the driveway. Outdoor yard & space is separate, as well.
Guest access - The Lodge
You will have complete & exclusive use of the home, decks, backyard, and hot tub. Again, while we have a separate listing for the Bungalow, nothing is shared use except the driveway.
This home is everything you need for a true Montana experience!
Out of courtesy for our neighbors, future guests, and the home itself, a few "rules" to be aware of...
- The home is limited to checked-in guests only (additional occupants must be approved in advance)
- Passenger vehicles only permitted on property (no RV's, campers, semi's, or similar vehicles without owner consent)
- Firearms, fireworks, and drugs are not permitted on the property
- Pets are not permitted on the property as some of our guests are allergic to animals.
Additional fees will be assessed if these rules are not followed. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Lastly, if visiting Glacier between Memorial Day and mid-September, you will need a ticket to access the park. The tickets are only $2 and will be available in late March for advance purchase. Without a ticket, you will not be able to access the majority of the park during their main hours of 6am - 5pm. Please Google search to understand the process to follow to obtain a ticket.

We loved every moment at John’s home - it suited us to a T and we loved hanging out in between adventures in the area. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the local coffee beans too. The large yard was a favorite of the kids. John was super responsive to our pre arrival questions.

The house was amazing! The location was perfect! It fit everyone comfortably! The pool table was a hit with the family. John was amazing to communicate with! He made our dreams come true! O wish I could’ve stayed forever!

The lodge was amazing very clean and neat. We had very thing we needed. We all had a great time . Thank you very much John. We will be back next year.

What a beautiful home! Very spacious and room for a large group. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are well equipped and we loved the labeling of the cabinets and drawers!Downstairs has a large master bedroom, an open living room, kitchen and dining. Upstairs has a loft where the kids hung out and two large spacious bedrooms with full baths. There is also a hidden nook and cranny to find. We packed most fo the kids into one room and the adults took the other room.We stayed in late June and took full advantage of the late sunset and often BBQ'd or sat in the hot tub.This is a great midpoint to the multitude of things you can do in North West Montane. You are minutes away from Flathead Lake and Kalispell. Whitefish and Glacier National Park are a bit farther but easy to get to.We will be booking here again when we return to explore!
