MAKAI => SWEET Baltic HOME - Just enjoy and relax: all year long

Welcome everybody to our comfortable and cozy holiday home, only round about 300 meters away from the long nice sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.

It is situated in a small gated community of 6 houses and provides a private garden as well as a parking lot right next to the house. You will have the whole place for your own.

Relax in the garden, enjoy your meals on the terrace, bike along the 'Ostseeradweg', lay in the sun, take a bath in the Baltic Sea, walk for hours over the sandy beach, read a good book on the garden loungers or in the hammock, breath the salty air and listen to sounds of the wind and the seagulls - just chill out!

There is a fireplace in the house which brings a nice atmosphere on cool evenings/days (of course there is as well an underfloor heating system within the whole house, so nobody has to feel cold even when it's freezing outside and no fire crackles in the fireplace ;-).

You will find a Smart-TV as well as a Bose-Bluetooth-Speaker and use the WLAN for free.

The kitchen provides everything you might need to make yourself comfortable, such as Soda-Stream for sparkling water, smoothie-maker, Nespresso-Coffee Machine (please bring your favourite flavoured capsules with you!), toaster, ...
At your arrival the beds will be ready (bed linen is included). For an extra payment of 10,00 Euro per person we will provide you with fluffy towels (beach towel as well), so you do not have to bring your own ones.
There are 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower/WC and 1 big one with bathtub/WC and washing machine which you use for free. Besides the big bathroom you will have 2 bedrooms (1 queensize bed, 1 with 2 single beds) on the first floor. The living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as the smaller bath are situated on the ground floor.

There is an outdoor-shower you can use to wash off the sand before you get into the house, which our surfers and sup-people appreciate a lot.

The private garden is fenced so that there is no need to worry about your kids or pets. (Well educated dogs are allowed only with consultation in advance - however, they should not get onto the sofa, armchair, chairs or beds. Please take them out - not in the garden - to do their businesses and let them dig at the beach, although not in the garden!)

There are shops and restaurants just around the corner.
Nevertheless you will find a very peaceful and calm place when you book a stay at our
