Just avoid any booking with Belvilla on it
Great location and very nice house.
My overall suggestion is not to book this apartment, as it is a borderline scam. The booking was unfortunately booked through an intermediary called Belvilla, who posted their posting here on booking.com (I am not sure this is normal). After booking my stay I kept receiving messages from belvilla giving me extra conditions for my stay WHICH WERE NOT MENTIONED NOWHERE DURING MY BOOKING. They asked my to pay an extra 300€ deposit through a sketchy platform, told me to bring my own linen and told me thatvI might have to pay extra for the water and electricity consumption (again, at the time of my booking these things were not mentioned). After I noticed this I started to communicate with the belvilla team to figure this out, however I ended up spending many (many!) hours of my time, without getting a solution for my issue. I then contacted booking.com and they told me what I said was indeed true, and I should just ignore them. They also mentioned that they contacted the property who was not replying back!!!?? We ended up going to the house, and then on the second day a guy from belvilla called me and wasted a long time from my stay, bothering me about the deposit... I have booked many times through booking.com and the reason I do that is the simplicity, clarity and safety I feel when booking. I sincerely felt the opposite this time because of the involvement of belvilla. My suggestion is to just remove them from the platform.

Haus hatte eine gute und ruhige Lage. Außerdem war eigentlich alles vorhanden was man so braucht und es hatte genug Platz für unsere Gruppe.
Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber und alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
