Go ahead - pinch yourself - 'NorthStar Golf-Ski Paradise Villa,' a 4-bed, 4-bath home, seems like it's straight out of a dream. This home is a Mid-Centry Design Home originally belonged to one of NorthStar developers. The home was designed by an award winning architect and is located right on the fairway at NorthStars golf corse. Very European feel to the home and it's design. Three of the bedrooms are master bedrooms. The views and location are simply spectacular.
Required rental agreement will be sent after booking for e-signatures.
Music is not to be played outside at anytime.
10:00 PM - 9:00 AM are quiet hours. Hot tub use during those times is not allowed.
Events, parties, civil unions and weddings are not allowed at the property. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
4 vehicles maximum at the property, at least one must be parked in garage.
RV's and commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Street parking is not permitted at NorthStar.

We just had the best time over our stay, which included two dogs who also loved their stay. The house had everything we needed, let alone Northstar overall. With two washers and dryers, a TV fit for entertainment, large and comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths, and three dishwashers, it has all that anyone could need and more. Outside of the house, the amenities really made our stay exceptional — from the proximity to the golf course and access to the rec center that accompanies the stay, to the free shuttle, to the village, the list could go on! Not to mention that Vladimir was a super responsive and organized host. Check in and check out was seamless.The only thing to be aware of in the summer months is that there is no AC, so if there is a heatwave, the upstairs bedrooms can get quite hot. There are fans in all rooms in the house, nonetheless, and it also cools off at night, but it’s the only flag for future guests to know ahead of time. We look forward to staying here again!

Vladimir was great to work with. Lovely home and location. Had everything we needed for the long weekend. Floor plan excellent. Hope to be back again in the future.

Great location! We enjoyed the weather, a farmer's market, the hot tub and even went to the Ritz for a cocktail. The house was perfect for relaxing. We hope to be back next year.
