Villa comfort in all possible dimensions (Size, number of rooms, location, communication with administration, Separate 5 stars for swimming pool and tennis table). Enough space to sit in one big team and to hide with some private tasks.

As a small group of 4 people we enjoyed the outdoor setting with the nice pool and the spacious terrace. Easy and good communication with the rental agency. Good location close to Pollenca and the beach. You definitelly need a car to get around.

The kitchen has no main cooking utilities provided (salt, pepper, oil, dish washing liquid etc) so you need to buy them. Some of the equipment like TV and toaster didn‘t work. Had some minor issues with the gate which got resolved quickly by the agent. The place could need a little upgrade on the beds and the TV. Generally quite old interior but as we were mostly out of the house we didn‘t care too much. During our stay there were a lot of people burning stuff in their garden, so heavy smoke around the house. Not their fault but just be aware of it. Not sure if that‘s usual or just a bad timing. Also be aware of mosquitos.
