Villa Victoria is a 240 m² home located in Juziers, on the outskirts of the Vexin region, a 5-minute walk from shops and the Juziers train station—which offers direct service to Paris Saint-Lazare—in a residential neighborhood.
It features 5 bedrooms, including an 18 m² mezzanine and a 60 m² suite, as well as two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and shower—and 3 toilets.
You’ll enjoy a breath of fresh air just outside Paris. You’ll also be just a 1 hour 40 minute drive from the seaside at the resort town of Deauville.
By public transportation, you’ll be ‪50 minutes ‬ from the Paris Saint-Lazare train station and 35 minutes from La Défense; by car, it’s 45 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from La Défense via the A14.
The apartment is fully equipped—you’ll feel right at home.
Depending on your reservation, you’ll have access to a private room ranging from 14 to 60 m², each equipped with a key lock. The house is equipped with 4 king-size double beds (160–180 × 200 cm), one 90 × 200 cm bed, and 3 folding beds set up in the mezzanine. The 240 m² house is spread over 3 levels, and its 1,000 m² garden is set in a bucolic setting where you can enjoy lunch or relax in peace, lulled by the sound of birdsong.
All rooms are double-sided and enjoy plenty of natural light. The property is enclosed by a fence with an automatic electric gate and a video intercom.

The Vexin stone house maintains excellent thermal regulation year-round, keeping it cool in the summer.
The 260 m² house with a 1,000 m² garden features a first floor of approximately 90 m²; an entryway with a large hallway featuring French doors leading to the back garden; a 35 m² vaulted living room with two sets of French doors opening onto the garden on both sides; a fully equipped kitchen open to a 25 m² dining room with 4,20 m of ceiling height with two French doors also providing access to the garden on both sides of the house, a 10 m² laundry room with a window and a closet for your coats, washing machine, and dryer, and a half-bath with a sink.
On the second level, approximately 70 m² in size, there are 3 bedrooms measuring approximately 15, 14, and 17 m² each, each with a window; a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, a toilet shared with the other two bedrooms, a double sink, and a window, as well as a large hallway with a French door and a window overlooking the back garden.
