Didn’t have a high chair (perhaps it was just that we could not find it) but it would have been useful for my 1 year old.

Disneyland Stay

Clean and tidy. Washer and dryer useful.

Unhappy with having to pick up and drop off keys in another location and with instructions on a PDF instead of in a message. Not enough toilet paper or dishwashing tablets for the number of people staying. Some milk or complimentary tea, coffee or milk would have been nice. Mattresses on single beds were not thick enough.

Location was good. About a 20 minute walk from Disney Land. Apartment was very good size.

The lock box for the keys was a little difficult to open for someone short as myself.

Apart from leaking roof it was a nice apartment in nice location.

Location was convenient for Disney . You can walk in about 20/25 minutes or take the train one stop.Also very convenient for shopping mall and selection of restaurants. The apartment was spacious.

Although slept eight not enough seating if there were eight. Only one toilet and bathroom. Would be easier if keys located in box at apartment. We had heavy rain and woke to large puddles in several places in apartment living area and marks of water running down wall. Obviously an ongoing problem in the building that isn’t being addressed as ceiling in entrance hallways of building damaged and container there to collect water.

Amazing apartment to have as your base for accessing Disney and shopping. Would 100% come back

The apartment was very roomy, great facilities and superb location. We have had a bad experience renting apartments in France in the past but this was polar opposite. The check in process was easy and went without a hitch. The location was great for accessing the mall, shops and a pleasant 20min walk to Disney. We were a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 6 - 11. The kids loved the family breakfast each morning around the breakfast bar before heading out charged for the day ahead. A great base to relax and even catch up on washing. If we are back, this is where we will come.

Lovely apt. apart from broken bed

The apartment was lovely and clean and amazing location, so close to Disneyland, walking distance or 3 min free shuttle bus ride (bus stop 2 mins walk from apartment) and right next to the shopping mall inc restaurants & supermarket.

Bed was broken, host told me it had been fixed pre arrival after reading other review, but it was still broke and we were unable to use it do daughter had to sleep on mattress on the floor. But it didnt massively effect our stay and we would stay again (if bed gets fixed)

Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay, I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for Disney. The station is a 10-minute walkaway to get to Paris. Spacious apartment, we really did enjoy staying there.

There were a few things I thought should have been done properly and fixed before continuing to allow people to stay. (I do want to point out that this did not ruin our stay, just things the host should be doing as a host) The flat does need a deep clean after every stay, we used the sofa bed because the single bed was broken and the bunk bed was not comfortable. The sofa bed is ok, but I had a dip in it, so I would say this needs to be replaced as well as the single bed and the bunk bed needs new mattresses. Under the sofa was old food, so the flat clearly doesn't get cleaned properly. Broken cupboard on the tv stand. Skirting boards are all full of dust. Damaged blinds are unable to fully open. Dirty cutlery and plates, sticky worktops. So had to clean before using these things. I do want to remind anyone that is looking to stay here that even though the above is negative and can easily be fixed by the host, I would 100% still stay here.

family apartment for Disney

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer very handy. Lovely kitchen. Even left some toys which our kids enjoyed playing with. Quiet building, didn’t see or hear one other person during our stay. Took max 20 minutes to walk to Disney from the apartment.

Feels like home

Close to the Val d'Europe, 20 min walk from Desney. Quiet and peaceful place. Easy instructions how to find a place and to enter.

Fantastic spacious apartment near the bus to Disneyland

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean and modern. Handy car parking space and 2 mins walk from the 47 bus to Disneyland Paris. Beautiful views from the windows. Would stay again. Nearby boulangerie and patisserie was super helpful. Would recommend driving to the nearest supermarket (Auchan) if you're weary from having walked all around Disneyland all day as it's a huge hypermarket!

Little bit chilly in the apartment in February even with having turned up the heating, but fine with slippers and jumpers on and extra blankets on the bed. Didn't stop us loving the apartment. We managed to blow the fuse by putting the toaster on but the fuse box was easy to find and we used a different plug socket and all was fine after that.

The property is lovely and in a very convenient location. Very easy access to Disney land Paris (20 min walk). The shopping centre is only 5 min walk and there are plenty of eating places too. the patisserie just at the end of the road is fabulous- you must try the food!

The instructions sent to access the property were not clear and caused a lot of stress and confusion. Last thing you want after a long journey. I was able to resolve by chatting to host over the booking.com chat but it wasted a lot of precious time. The residents were helpful especially as the parking wasn’t explained ( you need a fob to open the garage door which is at the rear of the property). Dear host, please review your instructions to access both property and parking. The property is nice but given there’s just one bathroom I don’t think you can have more than 2/3 adults staying (especially when you want to leave early in the morning).

Disney Stay

The apartment is 3 large bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge area is also very spacious. There is also a balcony to relax on. There is plenty of storage space and the bathroom is modern with a powerful shower. The apartment has all the amenities you will need for your stay. It was perfect for the 4 adults and 3 children as the sofa also pulls out into a double bed. All the beds were very comfy. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Disney and there were plenty of Ubers available for less than 10 Euros. There is a nice bakery 100 meters or so from the apartment and there are lots of bars nearby in Place Toscane (about a 2 minute walk). If you need some shopping you can walk to the monop Serris which will take about 10 minutes. If you don't want to pay Disney hotel prices this is a perfect location and apartment. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

As I arrived late in the evening I had to collect the key to the apartment from a lock box a short walk away. A key box actually at the location of the apartment would be better.

Viaje express en familia

La ubicación es perfecta, está a 15 min de la parada de metro a Disney y también tiene líneas de bus. El apartamento tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para estar en familia. En mi caso solo fuimos a dormir porque estuvimos solo 2 días y comíamos y cenamos en Disney. El desayuno lo hicimos en una pastelería que hay muy cerca. Aconsejo contratar el seguro que te ofrece la agencia si vas a hacer uso del apartamento ( por posibles manchas o roturas de vajilla accidental) para mayor tranquilidad. En nuestro caso como ya he dicho solo hicimos uso de la cama y la ducha. También tiene un centro comercial muy cerca. Sin duda repetiría

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento tiene de todo: electrodomésticos (grandes y pequeños) y está muy bien cuidado y muy moderno. Está muy bien equipado. El salón - cocina es muy amplio.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz und Ruhe

Sehr geräumig, gute Ausstattung in der Küche, Klavier, Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, ausreichend Platz zum Verstauen, Sicherheit der Wohnung (Aufzug und Eingang gesichert), Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum Val d’Europe. Genug Handtücher und auch Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Kissen.

Es gab nicht ausreichend Klopapier für unseren Aufenthalt, auch Spülmaschinen Tabs mussten selbst mitgebracht werden (der Tab, der zur Verfügung gestellt wurde war für die Waschmaschine). Das WLAN ging leider gar nicht. Zum Glück waren wir in der Lage uns selbst zu behelfen aber das ist ein no-Go. Auf der Beschreibung (schwarz weiß ausgedruckt) war nicht klar ersichtlich in welcher Postbox der Schlüssel abzuholen ist (statt einem roten Kringel wäre ein Pfeil besser zu erkennen, nicht jeder druckt schwarz weiß oder schaut ins elektronische PDF Dokument). Die Beschreibung zur Tiefgarage ist irreführend, denn die angegebene Adresse führt zu einer anderen Tiefgarage!! In unserem Fall war sie immer offen und wir fuhren die ganze Woche in die falsche Einfahrt und parkten auf dem falschen Parkplatz mit der gleichen Nummer, die jemandem gehörte. Am vorletzten Tag wurden wir zugeparkt. Vor dem eigentlichen Rolltor steht KEINE Hausnummer!!! Hier muss in der Beschreibung darauf eingegangen werden. Der eigentliche Besitzer des Parkplatzes sagte auch, dass das immer wieder passiert und er das toleriert hat, da er 2 Plätze hat und oft länger verreist war.

Matig verblijf.

Keuken was zeer royaal uitgerust. Locatie was top. Bakker om de hoek

4 van de 6 bedden zeer slecht, lattenbodems op meerdere plekken gebroken. Haren in de bedden van vorige bezoekers. Matrassen in deze 4 bedden (stapelbed en soort van uitklapbed) veel te dun. WC-bril gebroken. 2 kleine dunne rolletjes WC-papier voor 6 volwassenen en 3 dagen was echt te weinig. Alle kastdeurtjes zaten los. Zeer onduidelijk hoe je op de etage -1 moest komen om afval weg te gooien, de lift ging niet verder omlaag dan de begange grond en het trappenhuis ook). Ook zeer onduidelijk waar de parkeergarage ingang is (een routekaartje zou zeer handig zijn). De shuttle-bus die voor het complex zou stoppen voor vervoer naar Disneyland hebben we nooit gezien.
