Beautiful views from balcony. Comfortable living space. I was in Lanzarote to dive with Manta diving so location couldn’t have been better for us.
Can be a noisy location at night. Previous review recommended ear plugs which I duly brought with me so noise wasn’t an issue. Point is I recommend earplugs 😎

The view from the balcony was good when looking towards the sea. The welcome pack was well worth the 20€ extra. Everything needed for making my own meals was within the kitchen area.
The apartment was close to bars and restaurants so the smell of food was always present. The entrance to the apartment was smelly and rough, (broken glass in the front door, cracked tiles on the floor and the staircase letterbox broken into on the front door), needs a tidy up!
