It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence in violation of section 775.215, Florida Statues precluding such residency within 1,000 feet of any school, child care facility, park, or playground.

The setting is very nice. Pretty peaceful at the time I was there. There is a lovely park next door. Beach access is easy. Pool is sparkling. Quick drive to lots of shopping and restaurants. Would choose this condo again for sure.

The location was great. Enjoyed our stay!The slider doors didn’t open very well. Bed was a little short but still comfortable.It was a comfortable place with all the comforts of home.

We loved the location and loved how the unit was stocked with just about everything you need. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. It was great to have a week to wake up to the sun shining in the bedroom and not needing an alarm clock!
