Summit condo 201A has a beautiful second floor view of the mountains and all of the amenities. Our condo has been recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen and welcoming sitting room and cozy bedrooms.

The condo was in a great location for the 4848 Festival, and was a great 3 bedroom option for the price. Guests should note there is no AC in the unit. The windows kept it comfortable but had to be shut at times due to rain.

My family (six adults and 1 baby) had a blast at snowshoe and exploring everything they have to offer! This cute little apartment fit all of us comfortably. It is a perfect place to touch down at the end of the night, relax by the fire place, watch a movie, and enjoy the beautiful view off the balcony. The beds were amazing comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean!
My only critique is that there weren’t enough bath towels for all six of six. There wasn’t enough dish towels to do the dishes. Lastly, the furniture could use some attention. The leather in the couches is peeling, the dinning chairs are broken, the chairs on the balcony are broken, and the pocket doors were poorly installed where they banged and got stuck as we tried to open them.
Other than that, the space was perfect for me and my family. We had a blast!
