This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private screened pool is situated at Indian Ridge, just 5 minutes drive from Disney. The home is comfortably furnished and equipped for family vacations.
The bedrooms consist of a king master bedroom, 1 x full size & 1 x twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, queen bed in third bedroom and 2 x twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The private pool is fully screened.
There is Wi-Fi internet access so bring your own laptop and relax!
Nestled in a quiet community setting with no through traffic, Indian Ridge is one of the closest rental home communities to Disney. It is located off the US 192 just 3 miles west of the junction with World Drive, Disney's main entrance.
This community features large homes in country-like setting within a walled neighborhood. The community features several park areas and miles of paved jogging paths.
The brand new Palms Golf and Country Club is within walking distance and there are many excellent golf courses within minutes of Indian Ridge including Mystic Dunes, Falcons Fire, Championsgate and Orange Lake

Great location for the disney theme parks only 10 minutes away. Very clean and the privat pool makes it even better for those very hot days. I would recommend this location.

The house was overall a great stay other than a few things. The only things wrong were, the carpet had dirt spots, the shower curtain needs to be changed, and one of the patio doors was missing a part of the blinds that we had to cover with a sheet. Other than those few issues, our stay was great, the communication, using the # provided was good, and the area was perfect. We were close to Disney, Walmart, shopping and restaurants.

Property needs serious updating inside and deep cleaning. Dishes had been put away dirty and cabinets hadn’t been cleaned for years. Handle was broken off the oven door, but it was usable. Refrigerator and laundry room were nice. Linens were clean but very old and thin. Only 5 washcloths. HVAC vents were caked with dirt. Pool was unusable. Pool service came out a few times, but there was an electrical problem and they never got the pump to run. Furniture was very dated and uncomfortable. Beds were pretty hard. Vertical blinds were so old they fell off if touched. Good floor plan and the house could be nice, but it was obvious that no money or effort had been spent for years.
