Welcome to our beach side condo, which has been completely remodeled and newly furnished. Our condo is located directly on the beach waters of the Gulf of Mexico, with only a short walk from the front door to the sand.
THE UNIT: It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a dining room/living room with sofa, 2 chairs, master bedroom with queen size bed and a guest room with four twin size beds ( 1 bunk 1 twin/trundle). The master bedroom has a large closet with lots of shelving. Unit also has a large all in one washer and dryer. The balcony faces the gulf with a direct view of the gulf. Our unit is closest to the beach and club house ! Three TV's, wifi, Cable. The unit also its own reserved parking spot.
THE COMPLEX: Our condo is located within Seaplace, a residential condominium community located on 42 acres of gorgeous flowering fauna, Banyan, Oak and Palm trees. The Community features two heated gulf side swimming pools & spas, a kiddy pool and playground area, as well as a fitness room, sauna rooms, 3 tennis courts, walking trails, barbecues, with a clubhouse for social events that has direct ocean views. The entire complex sits on a half mile of private white sandy beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available free of charge on first come first serve basis. The clubhouse hosts weekly events. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
