Perfect stay for Gran Paradiso Summit
Everything was simply perfect about this place. It is located in a wonderful little village, 20 min drive from the parking spot for the start for the Gran paradiso summit. There's a parking spot right in front of the property, wi-fi is working properly, the apartment is spotless clean and spacious and has all the amenities you might need for a short stay. We cooked dinner and had it on the very cute balcony. Bonus points for the family who owns this place for checking us in sooner than agreed. I highly recommend this place and definetely will stay here again.

Semplice ma accogliente
Casa semplice ma accogliente: é un monolocale in cui c’è tutto per passare un ottimo fine settimana. Abbiamo trovato: Olio di oliva, aceto, sale, zucchero, padelle e tegami per cucinare qualsiasi cosa, gas, caffè offerti dalla proprietaria (1 a persona con la macchina del caffè Lavazza a modo mio), facilità nel regolare il riscaldamento della casa. C’è anche il microonde, il forno (noi l’abbiamo usato e funziona perfettamente), e la griglia per la carne. La proprietaria ci ha anche permesso di ritardare il check out di un’ora permettendoci di organizzarci meglio la domenica e fare le cose con calma.
Difficoltà nel parcheggiare l’auto, avendo una Tesla, senza la mia compagna probabilmente non sarei riuscito a parcheggiare nel parcheggio privato della struttura, perché l’ingresso é molto stretto in curva e in discesa. In casa c’era solo un rotolo di cartigenica, meno male che non siamo stati male…

Es war herrlich, wir konnten tolle Wanderung unternehmen.
Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, wir durften auch etwas früher ins Domizil. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Wohnungseinheit hatte alles, was man benötigte und es war sehr sauber.
Die Betten - es handelte sich um eine ausklappbare Couch, was wir der Bildgebung bei Booking.com so nicht entnommen haben. Da es eine Couch war, war es nicht so bequem und komfortabel. Das ist der einzige (kleine) Kritikpunkt.

Accogliente e molto pulita, proprietari gentili. Posta in zona pedonale silenziosissima, buona posizione per spostarsi giornalmente tra le varie zone della Valle D’Aosta (vicina ad Aosta, 30’ da Cogne, 15’ da terme di Pre Saint Didier)
