Apartament foarte mare și foarte bine utilat.

The location was within 10-15 walking minutes to everything ( stores, groceries, ferries, centro storico) There is a shortcut to the main train station through a parking lot which takes only 10 minutes. The apartment was spacious and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Giada was super helpful. Lots of tips and she always answered our questions promptly.
The only thing that could have been better would have been more updated dishes and utensils in the kitchen.

The people who manage are incredibly difficult. In order to be able to do the Self check-in we had to go through the procedures of sending them our documents over 20 times. Each time they asked for a selfie with each family member. After many attempts they gave us the directions where we could access the apartment key. After this they asked for 5 more photos of me in which I had to hold the apartment rules manual and many other things they made me do that have nothing to do with the law that is in force. I do not recommend!
