Our Boardinghouse 5 is conveniently located in the NINO Business Park in Nordhorn and offers a new, forward-thinking approach to accommodations.
For business travelers:
The booking confirmation / rental agreement serves as proof of travel. An additional invoice can be requested at the time of booking and will be issued after checkout.
For long-term rental inquiries and discounts on long-term rentals, please contact the agency. One-night bookings are available upon request.
Rental rates are per person; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
Electricity, water, and heating, as well as bed linens and towels, are included.
Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.
A parking space is available free of charge on the property, subject to availability. Additional parking options are available in the immediate vicinity.
The boarding house concept—combining the features of an apartment and a hotel—is underscored by the elegant, urban, and functional interior design. It offers an interesting alternative without having to forgo hotel services such as towels, bed linens, etc.
The apartment is innovatively designed and furnished with attention to detail. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 3 people. An elevator is available.
With 40 m² of space, it features a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill and bake functions, a coffee maker, a hand blender, and plenty of cooking utensils to allow you to prepare your own meals—from breakfast to a midday snack to dinner.
The table in the dining area, with 2 chairs, is multifunctional and, thanks to its technical features, can also be used as a desk. Of course, the apartment features free internet access, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio.
The 1.80 m wide box-spring bed in the separate bedroom offers the highest level of sleeping comfort.
The coat rack in the entryway and the wardrobe, as well as the cozy sitting area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and armchair, round out the furnishings.
This functional, elegant design continues in the bathroom with a floor-level shower. A vanity cabinet, mirror, hair dryer, and soap dispenser are also part of the standard furnishings.
