Good location, renovated room, quick responses from staff..... though some responses were never fulfilled.

location was good. Seemed safe.
Dishes in the dish washer. Sinks not clean. Advertised as 2 bedroom but actually one bed in an enclosed room and one in the living space. Credit card charged $50 damage deposit which is still showing on my charges.

location was ideal.
it is very confusing with the 2 simultaneous businesses. the people who wrote me throughout the stay never answered my questions. honestly it would have been better if they didn’t write because it’s insulting to be told that they would look into it with no actual intention. in particular the fans being connected to the lights was annoying. the room has no light other than attached to the fan. no way to choose one or the other.
during our stay there were 3 fire alarms (in the first 24 hours), 2 arrests, 3 evictions, and the laundry room was locked for 48 hours with no staff when the technicians showed to repair it. all for a 2 day conference leaving the premises unattended.
several people showed up and found rooms were not ready and no staff would respond on any app. i watched 3 families cancel their stay because of the conference.
