Set amongst a patchwork of green vineyards on the hillside just 500 metres from sandy Stalos beach,.Rouladina Apartment 1 is one of a group of just 6 apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. Since they were first introduced to our program, the Rouladina Apartments have proved consistently popular and guests return year after year. They come back, not only for the location and comfort of the apartments, but for the warm welcome from the owners, Manolis and Dimitra. They have their own apartment and take care of the property and their guests with a perfect combination of discrete Canadian/Greek efficiency and genuine Cretan hospitality.



Location Stalos

Just a short stroll downhill from the apartments there is a choice of several tavernas, shops and mini markets. Opposite the apartments is a family run taverna which has been approved by several guests as well. The long sandy beach of Stalos runs for 7kms merging with Agia Marina and Platanias, which are more bustling in peak season vs the low key Stalos beach.There is a regular bus service to Chania on the main road in Stalos.

Shared Swimming Pool - 10m x 5m swimming pool. Depth 1.1m - 2m.

Sun Terrace - furnished with sunbeds and parasols

Reception area - with shower, WC, washing machine, library and luggage storage (for arrival/departure day).



Outside Rouladina Apartment 1 - sea view, first (top) floor apartment.

Private sea view balcony - spacious semi circular balcony, furnished with table and chairs and rattan comfy chairs.

Open plan living room

Sitting area - Sofas and chair, french doors with sea view. Local TV, air con unit.

Dining Area - wooden dining table and chairs.

Kitchen - Ample wood cupboards with spacious kitchen counter tops, dishwasher,electric oven with hobs, double sink with window for country views, full fridge freezer.



Double bedroom - 1 double bed with a sea view, ample wardrobe, glass sliding door to small balcony with sea views and pool views with table and chairs. Air con unit.

Double Bedroom - 1 double bed, window with field view and sliding door to narrow balcony with side sea views. Air con unit.

Twin bedroom - 2 single beds (can be placed together), window with sea and pool view. Door leading to the main balcony. Air con unit.



The 7th person can be accommodated on a simple folding bed, suitable for a child up to c.12 years of age.



Family bathroom - sunken full bath with shower over, bidet, washing machine, wash hand basin and WC.

Shower room - Walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.



Housekeeping

Your apartment will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.



Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking

On site there is parking for four cars plus ample off road parking.
