About this house rental
The perfect space for a family reunion, corporate retreat or traveling team! There are beds for up to 24 guests, 10 air matresses available with lots of floor space and plenty of couches if you want to get creative :). The house is in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Lagoon Amusement Park, Station Park shopping center, 15 minutes from downtown SLC, right at the base of the Rockies... there is enough to keep you entertained for weeks during any season!

- 6 king beds
- 2 queen beds
- 2 bunk bed rooms with a total of 6 additional beds
Kitchens: 3 Kitchen Areas
- Fully stocked kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, industrial dish washer, large dining table.
- Full kitchen in basement
- Breakfast nook in the library off the master suite with a mini fridge, microwave and dining area.
Living Rooms:
- Great room with 3 couches, large TV, high vaulted ceilings (over 25 ft!) huge dining/recreation area
- Front living room has 2 large couches, a love seat and a TV
- Basement living room has one large sectional couch and a TV
Gym: Fully equipped gym with Gold's Gym certified multi-use exercise machine, 2 ellipiticals, yoga mats, etc.
Laundry: 2 laundry areas
- 1 full laundry room with washer dryer and storage
- 1 basement laundry closet with wash and dryer
Parking: Parking for up to 12 cars. 9 will fit in the driveways and 3 on the street in front of the house

Our family stayed in this home when we visited to see Wicked at the Eccles Theater. The house was perfect for our family of 18. Everyone had their own bed and space. The kids loved how much room they had to play. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

My family flew in from all over the US to celebrate our son’s wedding. There was beds for everyone and enough room for all 32 of us to be together. This is a very large house. It’s a little dated in furnishings and could use a deep clean beyond what the cleaners provide between guests but had the space we needed. Houses this large are hard to find.
