We have rented a number of high end houses in Scottsdale and this one is by far the best! It has a huge yard for the dog and kids, beautiful large pool and hot tub, beautiful roomy interior and excellent location. The host Julie was super responsive and excellent to deal with. I also have to mentioned how well appointed this place is: from baking utensils to puzzles & games…. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t here and that is rare!! We will definitely be back!!

We had a good stay in Arizona. The owners were just wonderful, super responsive and communicative. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. A few things you may want to know, that weren't up to our standards nor communicated to us:1. Location to street noise. The house is situated on a corner lot right off of Hayden Road (which can be quite noisy/busy). 2. We did have to put the pool cover on and off the pool, which isnt a horrible thing to trap in the heat (and provide a better experience). 3. The biggest "little things" were inside and outside. While the kitchen and entertaining spaces were wonderful (our girls loved the pool table), there were a few things that were pretty bothersome, at the price point we paid. - The back slider door did not lock, so it required us to pick up a piece of wood and prevent it from being opened. - The master bedroom mattress was VERY firm and VERY squeaky. I would highly suggest that get swapped out. This prevented us from having a good night sleep throughout our visit, which was a bummer. - The hot water would run out pretty fast, so we had several cold showers. - Just a heads up, the garage is very low (height wise). Our van barely made it in to the garage, but a Tahoe or Suburban would never have fit. Just as a heads up to car renters out there. - The pool furniture was deteriorating. Just needs replacement.- The living room recliners didnt turn on and the furniture was just needing some updating.

Missed the part about the addition being an additional rental charge so the house is really only 4 bedrooms unless you pay for the 5th bedroom in the addition. But the house is in a great neighborhood, and is well appointed- lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff you would need etc. Outside furniture could use a refresh!
