Welcome to "Robinson's Retreat" on Beech Mountain! Secluded on 30 acres on top of the mountain with Gorgeous views from every angle! Privacy but minutes away from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Beech Mountain Country Club. Overlooks Buckeye lake Recreation Center which is 1 mile from the house. Buckeye has the best trout fishing on the mountain. You can kayak the lake, hike to the waterfall, or sit and relax with a picnic. Amazing hiking trails for all ages with waterfalls and creeks to explore. This home is on one of the best pieces of property at Beech Mountain to be close to all the amenities but secluded and away from it all. Best of both worlds!
This beautiful 3.000 sq ft home has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath that is ready for your relaxing getaway with your family and friends. Plenty of paved parking for everyone. Spacious living area with gas fire place. Open floor plan and abundance of windows to catch every part of the outdoors while inside. Chef's Kitchen with gas stove open to the main living area to not miss any family time while cooking from the fully stocked kitchen. The front deck has a grilling area with gas grill and sitting area to enjoy the fresh air while eating and taking in all the views. Plenty of seating for everyone. From the 8 person dining room table, 4 bar stools, and a 4 person checker table to host all your family and friends at dinner time all in the same open area.
Master King Bedroom on main level with spacious master suite with gorgeous walk in shower and free standing soaking tub. Queen bedroom on main level which connects to Jack in Jill bath to another Full Size bedroom. The 4th queen bedroom is away from it all in its own location upstairs. Only room upstairs. Large spacious queen bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 memory foam cots available in the room for a small adult or children to be right there with you. Home has additional sitting area with two couches and one with queen sleeper sofa. Can accommodate up to 12 guest max with children included.
Last but not least the 6 person Hot tub is right off the secluded back deck. Enjoy family time with s'mores over the fire pit with plenty of seating while looking from every angle with the mountains around you. We can't forget the wildlife that is right outside your front door. We have deer visit daily, even a grouse that welcomes you on occasions and lets not forget the black bear and Yes we have seen them. This home has every detail and necessity you should need from inside to the outdoors. A hidden gem that many family traditions have been started with our family and we have recently opened for others to enjoy! Just opening up for the rental market and can't wait for others to love the location and home as much as we do!
Internet is not an issue here. We have cable internet with great speed and connection. TV's with cable in every room. Master your checker or chess skills with our checker table and board games and puzzles for those rainy days.
Our furniture is new with all luxury linens to get the best night sleep.
Beech Mountain Ski resort is a short 4 mile drive away to enjoy! Beech Mountain is truly a place to visit all year round. Spring and Summer you can enjoy the trout fishing from the creeks and lake, walking and hiking trails all around the property, mountain biking, disc golf, summer concerts and much more. Fall offers the best scenery of the beautiful colors from the trees changing to taking in the cooler air. Winter and early Spring hit the slopes on Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Ski Beech has the best ski slopes being the highest town in eastern US. Ski and snowboard on these amazing slopes. Visit the village at Beech Mountain with the all new state of the art snow tubing runs,
open air ice skating rink, along with shops and restaurants. There is also a sledding hill for your little ones to enjoy!
Buckeye Recreation Center is a mile down the mountain from us and includes indoor basketball, full size gym, 24 hour fitness facility, small group fitness classes, pickle ball, tennis courts, amazing outdoor playground and hiking trail to the waterfall. We have a membership and have available to share with our guest.
The lake and creek have many trout to catch and keep to enjoy for dinner. We have never been disappointed fishing here. Paddle boats and kayaks are available at the rec center to check out for FREE to explore.

The host was amazing, best we have ever delt with when renting a home. The home had every pot and pan needed for Thansgiving feast, we had 9 guests in total and everyone loved the home and views. Plently to do within the home, fire pit and swing outside, hot tub on the deck, TVs inside to watch the football game or shows, game boards and cards for all ages. I will be seeking this home out again if we are looking for a secluded mountain to get away from everything. I definitely recommend the home. We did not get a chance to trout fish in the creek or lakes, wish we had more time.

It was delightful. Obviously made for hosting- well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. Beds were exquisitely comfortable. It was such a beautiful space. Will absolutely be staying again.

This is one of our best rentals we've ever done out of more than 100. The 360-degree beauty from this home is stunning and the house is so well designed to bring the mountains and forest inside.

Our overall experience was very good, there was an heating issue with the hot tub that the owner quickly addressed. The house had everything you needed, the only thing needed was more comfortable seating on the front porch. There was only 2 chairs and a picnic table. Sitting out star gazing is not so comfortable at a picnic table.
