Location was great. The house was lovely and cozy, perfect for a winter stay.
The drive was tricky to navigate as the gate doesn’t stay open and poor lighting at night.

I love this property and have stayed here before. It's very comfortable and spacious, quality fittings and decor, great location, beautiful grounds, quiet, close to the lake and pet friendly.

Presentation and amenities were fabulous. The location is an easy walk into town centre and local eateries. It was a very cold weekend but the inside was well heated and electric blankets a great fallback. Fireplace was stacked and ready to be lit on arrival. Welcoming and cosy. The outdoor deck would be utilised in warmer weather. Car parking also great.

Great location away from the city centre. Driving distance to everything. Cosy. Staff were helpful and responded quickly.
Beds were not cleaned and dirty when we arrived.
