Redelijk basic inrichting. Bad zag er niet helemaal schoon uit.

Vue exceptionnelle depuis le balcon et la grande chambre, facilité pour se rendre au centre de Rapallo via les escaliers. Appartement très beau et propre, avec un parking très commode, car il est difficile de se garer à Rapallo.

Une agence m'a demandé beaucoup d'infos et a essayé de me faire signer un contrat avec des conditions fantaisistes (amendes pour le cas où je ne jetterais pas la poubelle etc), ce qui me semble abusif car j'ai payé en avance via Booking, ce qui constitue de jure un contrat, pas besoin d'en signer un autre.

Spacious and safe Parking garage and Entrance. Quick lift. Great View with clean, spacious balcony with clean furniture and shade. Spacious rooms, floor, bathroom are clean. nicely prepared bed and towls with shampoo bathing gel. No air condition but good enough fun in bedroom. Lot salt and pepper, dish, glasses, pans, pots, cutlery cleaning gels. Big enough cleaned frige with freezer. Cleaned Microwave and Water cooker, You have to have good driving skill to go up hill as many cars are parked aside on your way. By foot, lot stairs, taking 10min. City center is not around corner but can enjoy walking in meditranean atmosphere if you like walking. This is how you deserve fantastic view.

Curtain, Cussions, Sofa covers were not freshly washed, thus could not sit and relax in living room. Some dish and cups are not washed. No gabbage bags. found this is not so fair with extra cleaning charge. No explanation in English for Laundry. Lack of EU sockets. Had to dry hair in kitchen, had to disconnect TV in order to charge in living room. in bed room, you have to disconnect bedside lites if you need to charge .
