All equipment we expected to have was present. Even coffee with coffee machine - that was super nice! :) Very clear instructions and guidance.
Single beds were not very comfortable, could be better. Bathroom is more comfortable for taller people rather then lower ones.

عندما حجزت كان المفروض ان جميع الغرف بها تكييف ولكن اتضح ان غرفة وصالة بها تكييف والغرفة الأخرى لا يوجد بها تكييف
وجدت مناشف متسخة في قلب غسالة الملابس.
المخدات والمراتب تحتاج تغيير هي جيدة ولكن ليست ممتازة

Perfect location, there is huge shopping center across the road ( with good restaurants) and there is Zabka shop in the building, working from 06am-23pm ( very handy ). Instructions from owner very easy to understand. I could not imagine better place to stay in Lodz.
