La proximité et le calme.
La porte d’entrée de l’établissement (pas de l’appartement) n’est pas fiable, les poêles abîmées, la plaque de cuisson abimée, la table du salon abîmée, le clic-clac pas top, sur la terrasse très calme il manque à mon avis un parasol, au niveau de la chasse d’eau est défaillante, certaines assiettes et tasses écaillées.Et pour finir un nid de frelons sur l’arbre du voisin face a la fenêtre du salon.
