The location, it cabin itself was beautiful
The downstairs bathroom floor door strip had nails poking out, our 5 year old stepped on it and hurt his foot. The kitchen didn’t have the basics like salt and pepper or any measuring cups. The upstairs tv didn’t work as in being able to locate channels.

The extra benefit of the Xplorie program. Getting free tickets or discounts to many of the big attractions was a big plus. It was just far enough away from the main strip of Pigeon Forge that you didn't get all the noise but close enough that you weren't driving forever to get there.
Only a temporary negative, but there were cabins being built right in front of our cabin. Getting woken up at 6am by nailers and hammers wasn't necessarily pleasant. The drive up wasn't bad until you get right up to the cabin we stayed at then the slope is probably close to a 35-40 degree angle and vehicles can struggle getting up such a steep climb.
