Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet. Durch die großen Fenster und die Helligkeit in allen Räumen wird die grosszügige und positive Wirkung verstärkt.
Es gibt im - neuen und geräumigen- Bad zeitweise einen strengen Geruch. Der Vermieter arbeitet aber an der Beseitigung dieser Problematik.
