Welcome to our 4 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE condo that sleeps 12 & is directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway.

This is our 4 BEDROOM / 2 BA PENTHOUSE SUITE! Sleeps 12 comfortably, has 3 showers & overlooks the guitar shaped POOL & downtown views! It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & EDGY VIBE! Two of the bedrooms have an open design to allow for more natural light in the condo, yet private as well. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is the only Penthouse in the building!

MAIN:
Walk in the front door to the open style kitchen & living room. The living room & bedrooms overlook the guitar shaped pool & have city views! The kitchen has all NEW slate gray stainless appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.
BATHROOM 1:
White floating double sink vanity & DOUBLE standing glass SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. The toilet & showers all have their own doors to help with privacy in both bathrooms.
BATHROOM 2:
White floating double sink vanity & standing glass shower.
The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Great condo with plenty of room and a great location. It’s just a quick Uber ride to lower Broadway! The hosts were awesome and responded very quickly to my questions! Highly recommended

The property was great and well located. Despite the owner being a bit snippy in the messaging, I would recommend staying here.

The unit is large, bright, modern & generally clean. We walked most places in the daytime and took Ubers home inexpensively in the evening. It was generally well equipped, lots of glasses but we were disappointed there wasn't a kettle for making morning tea. (There was multiple coffee makers) One bed had a hairball in it and another had dead skin/toe nail but it was otherwise clean feeling. We felt the place was a bit misrepresented as said it was a 4 bedroom but really it has 2 proper bedrooms and 2 other sleeping areas - one is almost a bedroom (1 bed) except there are no doors just curtains and the other sleeping area (2 beds)is behind a short divider wall. The thing to know about this is that these 2 sleeping areas are both close to the open kitchen/sitting area so
Noise can be an issue. We were here during a cold snap and found the unit rather cold especially at night. We adjusted all thermostats up but the temperature never rose above 68 - perhaps it has been over ridden to stay at this level?? Our issue was that there were no extra bed blankets in the unit and the beds all had very thin summer weight covers. Bathrooms are large & modern & very well designed for sharing with toilets, showers all separate from generously sized sink areas. Liked that there were multiple hair dryers provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would likely book elsewhere for a second trip to Nashville.
