Location, location, location. Great little apartment on the ground floor. Walking distance to everything in Immenstaad. Private parking.
No outdoor space for the price at the lake.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet! Das Bett ist bequem, das Badezimmer groß mit sehr viel Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar der Kühlschrank war schon gefüllt! Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Direkt direkt um die Ecke ein Bäcker und ein Biomarkt, bis zum Bootsanleger ist es nur ein Katzensprung und bis zur Bademöglichkeit circa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Mit der Bodensee Karte kann man Bus und Bahn benutzen. Für Ausflüge nach zum Beispiel Friedrichshafen oder Meersburg perfekt.
Das einzige was ich auszusetzen habe ist, dass man in der Küche kein Licht über der Arbeitsplatte und Spüle hat. Man muss dann immer die große Deckenbeleuchtung anschalten.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolle hochwertige Ausstattung (Geschirr, Bestecke, Töpfe etc.) Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum und nahe am Wasser. Von hier aus sind tolle Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren möglich.
