Une fenêtre que l on ne sait pas ouvrir passage de la consierge et l on ne sait plus bloquer la fenêtre qui s ouvre toute seule. Nous attendons tjs le réparateur

very good location, close to shops, restaurants, ski lift, medical centre etc. compact studio, but has good facilities and equipment - convection microwave, dishwasher etc. also some food basics - coffee etc, toilet paper etc to get us started off. The bedroom is the entrance corridor with a bunk bed. The studio is good for a couple of for a family with kids, but not big enough to share with friends.
welcome staff not available, no explanation about flat, facilities etc. we were totally lost on arrival. dirty cover on sofabed and dirt and under bunk bed.

Concierge was friendly. There were ski lockers on site. Great location. Room was as advertised and had nice warm shower.
The communication wasn’t clear that bed sheets and towels needed to be booked in advance if rented. The place to pick up keys and sheets wasn’t communicated in advance and wasn’t on site. There was a fee if you didn’t clean your own room on check-out, which wasn’t advertised, and cleaning supplies were poor.
