Dobre śniadanie. W hotelu funkcjonuje również restauracja. W pokojach lodówka z minibarkiem. Dobra lokalizacja bisko starówki. Prywatny parking. Była opcja przechowania rowerów

Łazienka wymaga już lekkiego odświeżenia. W pokojach potrzebne lepsze oświetlenie.

Hotel je na skvělém místě, pár kroků od hlavního náměstí a známé Valdické brány. Pokoj byl čistý, vybavený konvicí a ledničkou. Koupelna velmi hezká, čistá. Postele pohodlné. Snídaně velmi dobrá, velký výběr, teplé i studené, ovoce, zelenina, prosecco, dobrá káva, bezlepkový chleba.

Ohřívaná část snídaně by mohla být teplejší.

The location was perfect, near the city center. It was clean and had good staff. My son loves the breakfasts and also the foods that are available for lunch and dinner.

There is no elevator. Maybe it is hard to go up with heavy cases.

The hotel has a great location - right at the city centre. Room was clean, matched the photos.

The walls of the rooms are perhaps made of paper. You can hear every flush of the toilet from the next room. Breakfast is served by a certain time. But if you are still sitting at the table 5 minutes after breakfast, the staff will come to "kick you out". Same with the comments about going for seconds and checking for you to not to pour juice a minute after breakfast serving time. I've honestly never felt so unwelcome in a hotel. Not to mention that there was some confusion with the bills. I´ve paid through booking.com and still was asked not once, not even twice, but three times 🙃 to pay for the accomodation. Not coming back.
