About this house rental
*NOTE* Any reservations with more than 8 guests must be PRE-APPROVED or the reservation will not be confirmed. While we welcome families and guests, we DO NOT permit certain types of activities at our property (bachelor/bachelorette parties and things of that nature).

Photos don’t do it justice. This cabin is large and mindfully decorated resulting in a uniquely enjoyable experience. It is filled with thoughtful touches and appointments creating an experience other rentals do not offer. It's riverside location make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings.
The cabin is conveniently located within the Coosawattee River Resort whose main gates are just 5-10 mins from Ellijay grocery stores, restaurants, antiques and more. Wineries, orchards and farms are approximately 20-30 minutes away.
Please be advised that there are two exterior cameras facing driveway and front door. These are in place to validate the number of guests and adherence of rental policies (no pets, no parties and no indoor smoking).

The house more than met all our needs. The porch and outside fireplace were especially nice.

We had the best time, the location right on the river was perfect for all our kids who wanted to fish and tube! The cabin is well equipped, we hosted Thanksgiving there with no problems! The host is super sweet and had great communication! We will definitely be back!

We had understood that tubing would be accessible from the cabin.We found tubes but they was very dirty and we was unable to locate a place to access the river and a take out place.
The cabin was clean on the inside but the porch really needs to be cleaned.The steps going in is very slippery when wet.
