Holiday home on the outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.
The house is set in a lovely residential area a few kilometres from the bay of Cadiz, which allows you to rejoice in the leisure activities offered by the city and the quietness of the house. Besides, the wall that encloses the property ensures privacy and safety for the whole family.
Inside the house, you will have a cosy dining-living room at your disposal, in which you will find comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining table that allows the whole family to share their meals. An independent kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub are in the house, as well as two bedrooms. The master one is equipped with a double bed, whereas the other features two bunk beds. Therefore, a family of six can comfortably accommodate in the house.
The outdoor area features several corners where you and your family can soak up the relaxing atmosphere and rejoice in the warm temperatures of the province of Cadiz. The spacious porch is equipped with two dining tables and, next to it, a pergola ensures that you can cook outside, without being in the direct sunlight. Then, the well-maintained garden and its tall trees guarantee the perfect spot to relax in the shadow. And lastly, the private pool, to refresh whenever you want.
The access to the house is fully paved.

Wir hatten hier zwei tolle Wochen. Es hatte die perfekte Größe – sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, ein sehr großer Garten vorne und hinten und der Pool war perfekt. Kaum Mücken (Anfang Juni), keine Mühe, eine einzige Kiefernnadel aus dem Pool zu entfernen. Perfekt positionierter Ausgangspunkt für einfachen Zugang zum Gelände, obwohl, wie man es in der Nähe einer Straße erwarten würde, der Lärm vorbeifahrender Autos über die hintere Gartenmauer hinweg zu hören war. An die Geräuschkulisse haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt! Würde gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende, das Haus ist super geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Der große Swimmingpool mit Hängematten und Grill. Unglaubliche Leichtigkeit und Komfort der Behandlung sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise, die Nähe zum Strand, zu Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkten und anderen Dienstleistungen. Baldomero und Lupe sind großartige Gastgeber, wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen! Ich danke dir vielmals für alles.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Das Häuschen ist rustikal eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Es waren viele verschiedene Küchenutensilien und Geräte vorhanden, sogar Kuchenbacken wäre möglich, auch ein paar Gewürze, Zucker, Tee, Essig, Öl und ähnliches. Die super netten und lieben Vermieter hatten uns eine tolle Obstschale und Wasser bereitgestellt. Es gab genügend Handtücher jeder Größe und ein neues Abwaschset, ebenso Liegestühle für den Strand. Auf dem Grundstück gab es den ganzen Tag Sonnen- und Schattenplätze nach Wahl. Der Grill funktioniert sehr gut, auch Kohle und Anzünder für den ersten Grillabend waren da. Zu Fuss sind mehrere Restaurants und ein kleiner Laden erreichbar, nur fünf Minuten mit dem Auto auch die tollen Strände von Santi Petri. Ausflüge nach Cadiz, Jerez, Conil und auch Sevilla und Gibraltar sind zu empfehlen.

Una casa muy completa y unas zonas geniales, tanto piscina como zona delantera. La zona ya la conocíamos y sabemos que las playas son también excelentes. Muy amables los dueños y muy atentos, siempre disponibles. Sólo indicar que hay que ir preparados... por los días que haya mosquitos.
