Pool is clean and very close
Agent is responsive
Beach is nearby
Quiet place
Unit.
Curtains were very dusty, everyone had nose allegies after moving in.
Knowing the place was being rented, the broken bathroom mixer handle was left as is.
Main door doesnt close properly , have to slam the door.
Fridge is noisy at night, all kinds of sounds from the fridge
Bidet for wc was not installed.
x1 light switch faulty and was sparking.
Toilet window faulty, and its facing a corridor, this should be taken care off for safety of female tenants.
Estate
Unfriendly maintenance staff. Did not even greet back.
Exterior walls are run down.
Has dogs roaming the estate and beach.
One lift was working, the other seems infinitely in maintenance.
