About this house rental
Holiday home with a location close to the center, shopping, restaurant and Denmark's best sandy beach in Marielyst. The holiday home has, among other things, an air/air heat pump, free wireless internet and a TV that can receive ZDF and Danish channels. There is a game console with games available. A new open kitchen with extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Cozy living room where you feel comfortable. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The bed distribution is with one room with a double bed and one room with a single bed and a bunk bed. High chair and cot available for the little ones. In the living room there is an extra bed for a single person. The house is equipped with a TV that can receive ARD and Danish channels, and it also has a Google Chromecast connected for streaming. Lovely open terrace with barbecue. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
