Luxury Sunday River Bike & Hike Home! - 10 Bdrms, Hot Tub & Much More! SPACIOUS

First, I want to say thank you to the host Tim, he is a great guy, and try's to be funny (Ha - Ha). Our rooms were exceptionally clean, they have two kitchens so plenty of space, with that amount of people it worked out great, two hot tubs very clean so everyone enjoyed them. The weather was not hot enough to use the large pool, but the views are wonderful. Every year we give this to our family and their kids as a Christmas present - we had twenty-four people and plenty of room for everyone, we like to have fun, but we do get loud laughing and fooling. My mom is eighty-eight and she just loves having everyone together. We had lots of laughs playing games at the large tables and watching games in the media room. One of my nephews left some clothes and baseball hats in the bedroom Tim called and told me that he is going to mail them back to us. Tim is a just a wonderful host, not many people would go out of their way to do that, so, if you are thinking about renting this property, think no longer just book it. Great mountain views. Great kitchen areas. The host was spot on with arrival and departure instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to re-booking next year.

Tim was an excellent host, going above and beyond to address a few small issues we had during our stay. The house is well set up for a large group (we had parts of 8 families during our stay), with plenty of activities such as ping pong, foosball, a poker table and the hot tubs. Sunday River was an easy 9 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay!
