Split floor plan with master suite located on opposite side of home from guest bedrooms, offering privacy for all guests.

This property is approximately 14 miles from Fort Myers Beach.
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, garage, front entry way, and lanai.
Owner has installed exterior cameras for security and insurances purposes.
No pets allowed.
Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.
BBQ grill is self service to include propane refills, if needed is the responsibility of the guest.
Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.
Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.
Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

House was beautiful inside. The amenities provided by owner were spectacular. There were bikes, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels which made a day at the beach easy. I enjoyed the premium kayak I used daily to kayak the canal. Overall the rental was superior.

This house was a great vacation for my family of 6. It was in a location where we could get to many different places easily and the kids loved the pool. Everything was super clean!

Enjoyed our stay the place is clean and new, enjoyed the pool and screened in porch area. Nice location, comfortable beds. Only suggestion would be to have a few more basic pantry items (salt but no pepper, and not much else) so would have to buy a bit to really cook there. We enjoyed eating out and having coffee/eggs in the morning.Would highly recommend as is a clean and open concept relaxing stay!

The house is lovely and in a good location. We spent a few days there visiting parts of the Everglades, Cape Coral, Sarasota, and Fort Meyers. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
