Palms Resort #1202 Full 2 Bedroom

I like that the apt was nice as well as the staff. The pool area was really nice as well and the beds were comfortable.

I didn't like that there were knats in the room and kept getting in our drinks. I didn't like that the stove took forever to cook something, and the temperature was off. It took forever to cook something. We couldn't enjoy the balcony because of all the wasps that surrounded it. I didn't like the fact that when I booked the room, it said beachfront, which I was looking for. When I got there, it wasn't a beachfront. The beach was across the street. I knew there was a hot tub on the property, but it was full of kids and alot of people in it. The security guard was making people get out but when he left or walked away, they went right back. And The drinks sold at the bar by the pool were watered down. I also didn't like the fact that we had to take out our own trash being that we pay for cleaning. If someone is in both showers, the water doesn't stay hot long. Oh yeah, the dishwasher didn't wash the dishes very well.

Location was awesome, amenities were just perfect.

No complex wide WiFi and the minors are banned from the gym.

Over all everything else were comfortable and satisfying

It needed to be dust out. The ceiling were dusty the windows, bathroom si nk had film on it. The bath tub class doors were not clean properly. I seen a spot on the pillow case in the bedroom bed.

I loved the property. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I loved a balcony was in every room.

I loved everything.
