Bella Vista Retreat is a luxurious home nestled above a lovely deep-water cove (great for swimming, fishing, and boating) with outstanding views!
The house is ideal for accommodating a large extended family or gathering of friends who enjoy water activities or just entertaining indoors and outdoors in a beautiful lakefront setting. This property has it all with your own large in-ground salt-water pool (seasonal), a separate 6-person hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with an outdoor television, a community dock with a designated boat slip. Every bedroom boasts views of the lake. The house is conveniently located less than 4 miles from major shopping and restaurants in Hartwell, GA
You will appreciate the new high quality custom designer furnishings throughout this home. The large open main floor main living area has everything to offer as your primary entertainment area. Completing the main floor are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with his/her walk-in closets. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, and the third bedroom, a comfortable queen bed. Both the second and third bedroom are equipped with nightstands and a private closet.
Also, the main floor hosts a Chef’s Kitchen with modern appliances and accessories. An extra refrigerator and freezer are available for additional storage in the laundry room. An office space is provided with wireless internet.
The upper level contains the fourth bedroom which is equipped with four trundle beds to accommodate up to eight people. Also included, is a TV.
Last, but not least is the impressive large outdoor living areas. Step out of the house, and you are immediately greeted by a beautiful outdoor kitchen that features a granite countertop with a sink, dorm size refrigerator, and a built-in stainless grill. There is plenty of seating space with multiple decks and well-appointed seating areas at the pool.
This home is pet friendly with a 2 dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival.

Wow! Don’t overlook this knockout gem. This lakehouse is perfect for responsible families or groups looking for a lovely getaway with top-notch amenities. Our 2-day graduation celebration, during our 3-night stay, was a complete success! The property is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering both cozy, shared gathering areas and private spaces to relax and recharge. The hosts truly exceeded expectations by providing great communication and the various essentials needed for a carefree visit — no multiple trips to the store required. One of my favorite highlights of the home was the saltwater pool, especially bc it ACTUALLY HAS A DEEP END! (Unlike many other rentals that advertise use of their pool, but have disappointing water depths of about 4 ft). No more wading in less than 2 ft of water with all the kiddies! It was nice to unwind, cook on the grill (gas), and entertain our guests at such a comfortable place with the simple touches already furnished. Other standout features:• Stunning lake views that bring a peaceful start to every morning• A fun-filled playroom that kept both kids and young adults entertained for hours• Plenty of extra bedding and seating for large groups• Luxurious, yet welcoming accents throughout the home that made our stay even more enjoyableOur family would absolutely return for another visit! We highly recommend this charm for graduations/celebrations, family get-togethers, or a serene retreat away from everyday-life stressors.

Host was very welcoming and everything was great! The house is fully equipped and ready for multiple families to stay there! The teens love the game room and upstairs bunk room. The adults enjoy the stocked kitchen, laundry room and outside area. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for another great stay at your beautiful home! We will be back!

My family was celebrating our Dad’s 77th birthday. We needed a home that would be large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. This was the perfect place. It had PLENTY of seating in the main living/dining area, as well as, the outdoor patio area. The kids loved having a room big enough that could hold all their cousins for a big sleepover. The game room was also a hit and the pool was the cherry on top. Plus the beautiful lake view. My father and stepmom both have mobility issues so having the main gathering areas (both inside and outside) on the ground floor was exactly what we needed, plus no steps getting in their bedroom, bathroom, and shower. The kitchen is a cooks dream. The pantry was fully stocked with all the necessities and the owners have truly thought of everything. This place is a hidden gem.

Amazing property. House was just as described in the listing and we couldn't have had a better time. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay and couldn't have been nicer. 10/10. Will definitely be our first choice when in the Hartwell area again.
