About this house rental
This is a newly built (2015) 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with all of the needed amenities during your stay. An outside back porch that provides a comfortable couch area that looks out at the park with the cutest little duck pond and gives you the best view of the trains as they pass through town. In just a short walk through town, you are just blocks away from all the restauarants and bars in the area, including the public beach. There is also a small Public park across the front of the house with a tennis court and a children’s playground. You will never have a day without anything to do in this spot!
Please know that this home is located very closely to the trains. I do provide earplugs and sound machines if desired. I cannot guarantee that these trains won’t wake you up, but I can guarantee that this location and vacation are worth it :)

We loved our stay. The house was just what we wanted, comfortable and surprisingly roomy...like the TARDIS, it seems bigger on the inside. Very quiet neighborhood. We walked to supper each night, and walked to the beach each day. We will absolutely be staying there again!

This was such a cute house and perfect for our stay! The back yard pond made such a lovely backdrop. The location was close to the beach & pier, the 2 things we wanted to do. We also enjoyed the shops & restaurants nearby. We heard bands playing from the house every night.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed again! It rain a lot this trip but we didn’t mind one bit because it is such a comfy place to be lazy!!
