La proximité avec la plage et les commerces. Emplacement très agréable.
La literie est plutôt à changer ( un peu trop souple). Une cafetière italienne avec une capacité un peu plus grande aurait été plus agréable pour le petit déjeuner.
Au niveau du voisinage ( voisin du dessus) beaucoup trop bruyant. Déplacement des meubles matin et soir parfois à partir 7 h du matin et le soir de 19h jusqu’a 22 h. Manque de parking

La casa è piccola ma con finiture ricercate che ne fa un piccolo gioiellino inserito all'interno dello stabile basso con una zona all'aperto accogliente . Sia lo spazio fuori che lo spazio interno è molto pulito e attrezzato di tutto : dal condizionatore , televisione con tutti i canali , lavatrice , detersivi , acqua calda immediata e gli accessori sono quasi tutti di design Alessi.
La Signora Anna è gentilissima , precisa e disponibile come lo sono stati anche i Sigg del piano di sopra, rispettosi e non invadenti con i quali si è creato un bel rapporto
Il bagno è veramente piccolo ,pur se con sanitari moderni ,cieco, non ha il bidet e mancano piani di appoggio , con la porta chiusa è veramente ingestibile . Nessuna privacy
Il letto è a scomparsa , in un armadio a muro un pò duro da gestire e cambierei il materasso , mettendone uno un pò piu' alto e meno morbido con lenzuola di cotone fresche .
al posto degli attaccapanni a vista avrei fatto fare 2 ante laterali all'armadio letto in modo che tutto rimanesse chiuso e non a vista , ottimizzando gli spazi e sostituirei la cassettiera "stile urban" con una con cassetti piu' gestibili e capienti
Corpi illuminanti troppo soft , la casetta è un pò buia e avrei utilizzato una piu' incisiva illuminazione artificiale

Everything is brand new, done with a great taste. It’s a very cute little apartment, perfect for a couple or a single traveller. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice view on the terrace where there is a bbq. The living room/bedroom is a bit small, but has enough room to move and we really liked the artsy lamps and other decoration. Although the space is limited, the shower is spacious.
The shops, restaurants and pharmacy are within walking distance. There are free sandy beaches in Tirrenia (10 mins by car), alternatively you can go to the beach behind the house. The locals were very friendly and it seemed to be a safe place to be. Thanks to Anna for a warm welcome!
Everything was perfect. The only minor things: The fridge was making a bit of noise at night, but we started to get used to it; the mattress was a bit too soft for us, but it’s a question of personal preferences, so nothing major
