The apartment was very well kept & in very good condition. The guards were very visible and friendly, at least that gave us some confidence to stay on. Its location on the lowest level makes it most accessible to the beach.
The compound was in a pretty bad shape, though. I guess the apartment management was still stuck in the MCO mode. The grass weren't cut until Friday late into the morning & littered with cans & empty alcoholic drink bottles. Abandoned units on the same level should be cleaned & sealed off I suppose. The pool at the hotel was off limits to those staying in the apartment, this could've been high-lighted in the advert.
