Apartamento Monte Laguna

Local bastante tranquilo. Apartamento com um só quarto mas muito espaçoso. Tranquilo acesso direto ao pátio exterior para a piscina do condomínio que é excelente! Apartamento equipado com tudo o que é necessário.

Um conjunto de toalhas extra dariam jeito assim com sacos para o lixo que só havia um no balde. É apenas um pequeno detalhe pois tudo o resto é ótimo

There was nothing we have a great stay and loved the property

The apartment had everything you needed to self cater.

* Check in experience. * No hot water and then only luke warm after someone came to repair it. * No internet connection - on second day a small inconspicuous box arrived on the table whilst we were out but no-one told us it was a mobile internet device - only realised the next day! * Bath did not empty - office was closed and as the shower is in the bath we had to fix it ourselves by plunging it - disgusting mess from the plug hole - don’t know how the ‘cleaners’ missed it! * Check out staff were 45 mins late and then arrived with no apology even though we were standing outside with our cases. This meant that we had to cancel our Uber and miss saying goodbye to family who were going home that day 😢.
