About this villa rental
Villa Flavia in Medulin is a beautiful modern holiday house with a swimming pool overlooking the landscape of the beautiful town of Medulin. Surrounded by Mediterranean pines in natural shade can accommodate up to 10 people. This beautiful holiday house is located in a quiet part of Medulin and offers a relaxing holiday. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower.
From the living room you can access the terrace and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. A swimming pool and a children’s playground are located next to the outdoor terrace. The town of Medulin is a famous tourist destination for tourists from all over the world, and offers cycling trails, surfing, diving and many other sports. Along the coast there is a beautiful long promenade with numerous beach bars, restaurants, a family park and discos. The bedroom on the ground floor is decently adapted for people with disabilities. Our recommendation is to visit the capital Pula, known for its Roman amphitheater. In the amphitheater you can enjoy concerts of world famous musicians and other events held during the summer months.

Flavia the owner was there to meet us when we got there she showed us around, offered to take us to the supermarket to get some shopping and told us what was around locally. The villa is spotless and really well stocked with high quality appliances and fittings. We stayed at the end of October during British half term and we’re really lucky with the weather, we didn’t use the pool as it’s not heated but Flavia did mention she’s thinking about putting heating in next year. Visited some gorgeous places around - Pula, Proec, Fazana, Rovinj, Rabac, kvarner bay - Kvarner Bay and Rovinj are absolutely stunning. We would definitely go back to Croatia again. The villa is about a mile away from medulin town centre where all the bars and restaurants are but it’s a nice walk down and once you get there there’s a lot of choice. Highly recommend Fontana restaurant as the food was amazing!!
