Great Fortune Design Hotel & Spa

The service from Sami was exceptional. He catered to our every need and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were also spacious and clean. We really liked the family-oriented atmosphere, and Sami helped create that atmosphere through his warm and welcoming demeanour. We regularly saw him provide the same level of service to all the hotel guests, and he would also help with taxis and other services wherever possible. Thanks again to Sami and his team, he made our stay amazing, and we will definitely be visiting again very soon because of him!

Nothing everything was very good.

We had a great stay. The property was very clean and the staff were excellent and always available, even late at night. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Malik Sami, the Relationship Manager, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. You can really see how well he treats and looks after all the guests. Mr. Sinan and Ahmad were also very helpful during the night shifts and always ready to assist. very professional and always available… specially Mr.Sinam… The location was perfect — right in the centre, with many good places within walking distance. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a 5-star stay!

The staff were welcoming and the rooms were what they advertised. Although this hotel was as on a slope, it is a very good location. 5 minutes walk to the high street, several food and shopping spots and around 10 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Lastly, we had connection rooms which was perfect. Both rooms were a good size and perfect for our stay.

Breakfast spread was not great. It was very basic. No omelettes station nor any sandwich breads. However, Mir was as very helpful and requested the kitchen staff to make us egg fry ups so we could eat well. The cleaning staff did not always refill the soaps, only 1 of after bottle per customer per day and sometimes took time to give us fresh towels. There was always an awkward smell but it went away once we’d open the window.

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable accommodating everything we asked for. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel is very centrally located and is close to key historical sights and has a tram line six minutes away.

It is slightly difficult with a wheelchair because of the entrance and how steep the roads are.
