Fair but rather small (and expensive per square meter), well placed for hikes and fishing.

Location is good close to many hike paths and fishing pond, easy to get to Kaunertal and Pitztal valleys. Piller moor, Googles Alm can be explored directly from house.

Apartment is new but some important equipments are missing: No air extract over cooking area, no oven. Dishwasher is camping car sized and half of plates cannot fit in. Very small outside area, no outside table. We actually never met the host in person, which contrast with “very welcome” adjectives used by other visitors in their reviews we were a bit let down by the lack of attention to guests.

Friendly host, beautiful & quiet locality, cleanliness of the room.

The apartment is located in a beautiful village. The host was very friendly and guided us with information about the nearest attractions. The room was really clean and cosy. However, it is located on the ground floor so you will not get a direct view from the room to the mountains. Nevertheless, there is a small garden on the other side. Therefore, people can sit there and get some sunlight if needed. Overall, we really liked the stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Kaffee und Tee, der zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, war ausgezeichnet! Ausstattung des Appartements geschmackvoll, sehr schön und alles sehr funktionell.

Da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat, läuft die Lüftung sobald man dieses betritt und dauert sehr lange mind. 10 Min. Dieses ist ein gewisser Störfaktor, besonders in der Nacht.

Spokojne miejsce z pięknym widokiem

Widoki zapierały dech w piersiach. Wszystko było czyste i pachnące. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie apartamentu ( ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, toster, zmywarka, garnki, patelnia, kubki itp.). Ważna informacja - strome podjazdy i ostre zakręty - ale widok bezcenny. Obsługa była bardzo miła i wszystko było wspaniale

Gyönyörű helyen, volt a szállás. Tiszta, modern, új egyszóval tökéletes. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Talán még soha nem voltunk ilyen szuper helyen. Köszönjük!

Alles super :)

Sehr gemütliche, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Parkplatz und Skikeller. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden freundlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts stand uns unser Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns sogar sein Werkzeug geliehen (nochmals vielen Dank). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
