Beautifully renovated apartment. Top quality finishes. Unbelievable location right in the heart of Hastings Street - so mere minutes to all our favourite Noosa cafes/restaurants. Sure being in the heart of it means a little “shenanigans” street noise some nights, but listening to free live music from the talented buskers whilst sipping bubbles on the patio was delightful. Cannot beat proximity to literally EVERYTHING. Property managers 10/10 for communication and friendliness. It was very clearly communicated that this is an older building that has been renovated which was appreciated, but what’s a tight car park and two sets of stairs when you have this place and location?! Loved it.

It really is hard to fault this property as sooo many well thought out details. If nothing could say we would have loved a microwave (or instructions on using the oven if it was both? Maybe they were there but we couldn’t find them). Am guessing that perhaps cleaners had forgotten to leave extra toilet paper (as there was only one spare roll) and garbage bags (only one in the kitchen bin), a bin in the second bathroom would be handy.

Amazing location right on the beach, near the surf club and a 2-5 minute walk to all the great Ocean front restaurants. The apartment has had an excellent renovation. It's small, but makes such a great use of space that we didn't feel cramped. The cupboard full of puzzles and games and usable full size dining table were great.

The property is very tired. The cistern in the toilet is on its last legs. There were no wine glasses. The washing machine door has a problem so you can't open it once closed. Some windows were really dirty, and the painted frames were chipped. the towels were very ordinary and given the apartment is not serviced at all, better quality linen could be expected or just more.
