因為淹水急忙取消住宿
一開始對櫃檯的處理方式覺得很不ok
但幾次電話下來，應該是booking客服的問題
櫃檯小姐不曉得您的名字，因為一直被booking 和你們飯店踢皮球，抱歉對您口氣不太好，感謝您的協助順利取消訂房，以後有機會會再入住
可能要跟客人解釋一些作業流程，避免造成

地點很好，夜間接待人員服務態度很好
空調只有很冷（開）跟、悶（關）兩種選擇，冷到會頭痛。冰箱裡面很髒，需要使用還要自己清潔才敢使用。飯店有供應早餐，但這是我吃過最差的早餐，其實住宿費用並不高，不提供早餐也無所謂，但要供應就要做好，這裡的早餐只能吃個粗飽，飯碗、大、小盤子很多都濕濕的。
