About this house rental
Charming country cottage for rent in SOPPE LE BAS (near the Thann valley and Masevaux valley), a small village of about 800 inhabitants. This bright detached house of about 40m2 with garden will seduce you with its calm!
The owners' house is located next door, but the garden is large (25 ares), there is no vis-à-vis (privacy is provided by a large row of cedars). Right next to the house, there is a meadow with cows, and further down a stream (the Soultzbach).
The house can accommodate up to 3 people plus a baby (travel cot, high chair, and baby crockery available free of charge) and includes:
A spacious and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, hood, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle,...) open to the living room;
A living/dining room with round table for 4 people, sofa, TV;
A bathroom with shower and toilet;
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 second room with a single bed;
Outside: terrace with garden table for 4 people, gas plancha, as well as 2 sun loungers.
The garden is closed by an electric gate with remote control.
Possibility to park your car inside in the courtyard.
The entire cottage is fully air-conditioned (living room, bedrooms,...). You can enjoy air conditioning at no extra charge!
Equipment: free WIFI, radio, raclette / pancake / pierrade set, iron and ironing board, fan, hair dryer, board games, tourist guides.
Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, labeled Gîte de France 3 épis and Clévacances 3 keys.
For our animal friends: we have a chicken coop in the garden (the chickens have a fenced area, they will not come to visit you...) However, the area around the rental house is not fenced, we tolerate dogs (at no extra charge), but on the condition that they are kept on a leash in the garden and pick up their droppings. Cats are welcome.
Deposit: 150 €
The accommodation must be left clean upon departure. Possibility of cleaning service for 50€.
Linen and bed linen rental at an additional cost (beds made on arrival)
Double bed (+ 4 pillowcases): 15 € Single bed (+2 pillowcases): 12 €
Towel kit: 1 towel + 1 bath towel: 6 € Pair of dish towels: 4 €
Electric vehicle charging station available in the courtyard (electric vehicle charging costs are additional depending on electricity consumption)

Numerous trails marked by the Vosges club 5 minutes from the cottage, cyclists and motorcyclists will appreciate the ridge road and the Vosges passes.
Adventure park and a tourist train 6 km away.
Museums: in Mulhouse: Museum of the Automobile, the Railway, the Printing on Fabrics, Electropolis, in Colmar: Unterlinden, the Toy Museum, in Ungersheim: The Ecomuseum of Alsace.
Mulhouse Zoo, Haut Koenisbourg Castle, Mont St Odile, Eagle Vault and Monkey Mountain in Kintzheim, Little Prince Park, Europa Park in Rust, Germany.
Mountain and skiing: the resorts of Grand Ballon, Markstein, Schlucht, Bresse and their summer toboggan runs, Lake Wildenstein and the Arbre Aventure park.
The Wine Route to discover picturesque villages such as Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Turckheim and so many other charming Alsatian villages! You can taste the good wines of Alsace as well as Alsatian specialties.

Finding a place to stay that feels special but also like a home is hard to find. Le Petit Soultzbach is this kind of place. A working farm and lovely host. Fresh eggs and homemade honey as well as a traditional Alsacian cake was a wonderful surprise. And our host was so warm and friendly. A must stay.

Très agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathique. Le beau temps était de la partie et nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur. Nous avons été visiter la cité du train et l'éco musée qui sont assez proche.
