Anemoni Villa, Because classic is always classy

Anemoni Villa is a modern and private self catering villa located In Panormo village, a small picturesque beachside village at the North coast of Crete. The Villa is conveniently located at the center of the village, only five minutes walking distance from restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bakery and a variety of other shops! Anemoni Villa is only 150 m away from a lovely and sandy beach, which is well organized and ideal for families. There is also a bus stop only 150 meters away, which allows you to easily visit the lovely town of Rethymno, as well as Chania and Heraklion cities.

Anemoni Villa is a two bedroom villa built in two levels and it covers 91 sq.m.

Lower Level

At the lower level there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. You can also find an open-plan space featuring a large kitchen area with all the necessary electric appliances and a living room with three-seated sofa (could be used to accommodate one person), armchair and fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, and a large satellite TV is placed at the living room area. Last but not least, the lower level gives you access to a lovely patio overlooking the garden area, and equipped with a large table and chairs.

Upper Level

At the upper level there is one master bedroom with a large double bed and one more bathroom with shower. The upper level gives you access to a beautiful terrace with amazing sea view. The terrace is equipped with a sunbeds and a wooden pergola offering relaxing moments under the Cretan sky.

Outdoor Area

The Villa has a private parking area (free of charge) and access to a shared 100 sq.m. swimming pool and a separate swimming pool for children. The amazing pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas offering relaxing moments under the Cretan sun. Shared bathrooms and showers are also offered around the pool area.
