Perfect house and good location to visit the surrounding area.

More like glamping than a holiday let. Needs renovating.

Bathroom was a good size and the shower had good water pressure and good temperature. The WiFi was fast and reliable. There are some good walking trails around the property and the property is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Ribe. The kitchen is a good size and there are plenty of well located power points. Parking is very good and free. The heating worked well and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is very good.

Our first impression when we arrived is an old caravan park which has fallen into disrepair. The property is in desperate need of tidying. The apartment is filled with gaudy dust collectors that are covered in dust. The place needs renovating and a good clean. First up we had to make up the beds (at this price I would have expected the beds to have at least been made). Booking.com didn't indicate that the washing machines came with a fee as well as any detergent. The property has an insect problem with mosquitoes, flees and ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The shower comes complete with a plastic "Psycho" curtain that wants to cling to you. The beds are very uncomfortable and kept separating during the night. The pillows are even worse so we had to use our clothes as makeshift pillows. The refrigerator is hard to open. It seems that someone has removed the handles. The couch is broken and uncomfortable and the curtains are not blackout so by mid summer the whole place will be bathed in light very early in the morning. And finally the key was difficult to use in the door to lock and unlock the only exit door (would be a fire fail if the property were in Australia). I honestly couldn't recommend this property especially when we had a perfect property the week before at a lot lower cost which also included breakfast.

Exceptional

What a little gem of a property. Quiet rural location yet close to Ribe and many shops and supermarkets if you have a car, about a 10 mins drive. Very clean home. A relaxing homely property. All rooms a good size and beds comfortable. Welcomed our dogs. Lovely helpful host. Towels, bed linen, utilites, heating all included in the price. Well stocked kitchen, everything worked and lots of TV channels to choose from. The host left us a bottle of wine on arrival, a lovely thought even though we don't drink. Definitely a place we will return to. Already booked again for next year. 👍

One of the sofas was in the wrong position to watch the large TV, we just moved the sofa whilst we were there. Apart from that everything was good, nothing to dislike.

Nice and cozy apartment

Fully equipped and cozy apartment. The beds are good and the bathroom has nice floor heating. The nice city of Ribe is only a 15 minute drive. We can recommend to visit the island of Rømø for a one day visit and use (rental) bikes to make the panoramic round of 31 km.

The terrace of the apartment has a view on the adjacent camping with log cabins and is therefor missing privacy. This was not a problem for us, but good to know up front. The booking confirmation stated that the apartment has to be paid on site in cash (DKK). While we were paying in cash, the owner stated that payment by bank card was also possible.

Hygge og idyl ned til Kongeåen

Vi ankom til en lejlighed, der ikke kun var gjort skinnende ren, men også luftet ud. Værterne tog imod os i receptionen og fortalte, at de havde låst lejligheden op for at hænge de nyvaskede badekåber op (de var ikke blevet helt tørre tidligere på dagen). Vi var blevet lidt forsinkede, men det var ikke et problem, da vi ringede til værterne. Vi kunne bestille lunt morgenbrød og æg i receptionen, og brødet var fantastisk til vores morgenmad og madpakker til dagens udflugter. Der var en fin lille legeplads uden for mange faciliteter, så min søn fik mange nye venner, da de var samlet på en lille plads med legehus, gyngestativ og trampolin. Beliggenheden var skøn. Lige ned til Kongeåen, hvor vi soppede, og tæt på Holsted, Tirslundstenen, Glad Zoo og Ribe med en stor legeplads. Derudover var der mulighed for at købe fadøl i receptionen, hvilket var enormt dejligt på en lun sommeraften efter en hel dags udflugter, mens vi puttede os i vores nyvaskede, bløde badekåber. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Cudowny apartament. Bardzo wygodne łózka. Za fotel w salonie była walka :) W kuchni wszystko co trzeba. Dookoła cisza i spokój. Blisko do Ribe. Doskonale. Chcielibyśmy tam wrócić, bardzo!

geweldige locatie van alle gemakken voorzien.

fantastisch huisje, groot en van alles voorzien wat je maar kon bedenken. We waren er 2 nachten, goede bedden en kussens. Hondvriendelijk, je kon de honden goed uitlaten overal. Wij komen zeker hier weer als we weer in deze omgeving moeten zijn voor een hondenshow.
